The Office of the Ombudsman is seeking tenders for the provision of cloud migration, modernisation, development and ongoing support services to support the Office_s goal of migrating its existing on-premises Dynamics CRM case management and on-premises Sharepoint document management systems to a new cloud-hosted ecosystem built on its MS Azure tenancy.
