Prequalification for a competitive dialogue for the procurement of DWDM equipment and competence.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of DWDM equipment and accompanying competence. The contracting authority has chosen to use the competitive dialogue procedure for this procurement, c.f. the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-2, as the procurement involves system design and as the contracting authority is unable to adequately describe the technical specifications.
