The scope of this procurement process includes the provision of a fully working, modern and responsive fleet management tool to support Avista in meeting all statutory and legal requirements for the organisation_s vehicle fleet. Any contract arising from this procurement process will include tracker installation, training, system support/maintenance and system control (hosted). The system should contribute to the provision of a quality vehicle fleet and facilitate the effective use of Avista resources while reducing manual record-keeping. In particular, the system should enable the achievement of savings on vehicle management costs as well as assisting with budgetary control.
