MNA shall undertake a procurement with the intention of entering into a framework agreement for: _ Collection, dewatering, treatment and disposal of sludge from private and public interceptors for sludge septic sludge in all 12 owner municipalities. _ Collection, dewatering, treatment and disposal of sludge from municipal treatment plants. _ Transport to a certified treatment facility _ Treatment and disposal of sludge (from municipal treatment plants) _ Emptying sludge tanks.
